Following the Prime Ministers’ broadcast yesterday we have put together a brief summary of how we are working to help you.

  • Online meetings: we continue to provide online video meetings for customer engagement and reviews, keeping that personal touch whilst staying safe!
  • Customer Portal: we have a client portal where you can receive and send secure messages and documents in addition to accessing live valuations of your plans.  Existing clients can register here.
  • Telephone: our phone systems are fully operational between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, so you can still call us as normal.
  • Fully staffed: our departments are fully staffed, providing the same level of service in these extraordinary times.
